Rototricot is a Quebec-based artisan business that designs and manufactures accessories intended primarily for knitting enthusiasts.

We make every effort to present our products, their characteristics, dimensions, materials, and colours as accurately as possible.

Because Rototricot products are made from natural wood and, in some cases, handcrafted, the appearance of the wood, its grain, colour, and certain natural variations may differ slightly from the photographs shown on the website.

These natural variations do not constitute a product defect.

Prices

The prices displayed in our store are in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes and shipping costs are displayed at the appropriate stage before the order is finalized.

Rototricot reserves the right to change its prices and products at any time. However, the price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Orders

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your name, shipping address, and contact information.

An order confirmation will be sent to you after your purchase.

Rototricot reserves the right to contact you or, when necessary, cancel an order in the event of an obvious error concerning the price, product availability, order information, or any other exceptional circumstance.

In such a case, any amount already paid for the affected order will be refunded.

Made-to-Order Products

Certain products are identified as “Made to Order.”

Production times may vary depending on the product and workload at the time the order is placed.

When a product is made to order, the production time is added to the shipping time.

If you wish to cancel a made-to-order purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet begun, we will make every effort to cancel the order.

Once production has started, the applicable conditions may differ from those for a ready-to-ship product.

The rights and remedies provided by applicable laws remain applicable in all cases.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Shipping times displayed on the website are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has shipped, a tracking number may be provided when supported by the shipping service used.

In the event of a problem with an order received damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Product Availability

We make every effort to keep product availability information up to date.

In the exceptional event that a product you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you to determine the best solution, which may include an additional delay, a replacement product, or a refund.

Payment

Payments are processed using the payment methods offered at checkout.

Orders must be paid in full before shipment, unless otherwise indicated.

Rototricot does not directly retain complete credit card information used to make a payment when the payment is processed by a third-party payment provider.

Returns and Refunds

The conditions applicable to returns, damaged products, defective products, non-conforming products, and refunds are described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Maintenance, Repairs and Replacement Parts

The Rototricot is designed to be used as described on our website and does not require any special maintenance under normal use.

Rototricot does not provide replacement parts for the product.

If a Rototricot is damaged as a result of misuse, a fall, an impact, modification of the product, or any other situation not covered by applicable warranties, the customer must contact Rototricot before attempting to repair the product or having it repaired by a third party.

Where possible, Rototricot may offer a repair service. Repair costs, including any necessary parts and labour, will be the responsibility of the customer. Applicable costs will be communicated to the customer before the repair is carried out.

The possibility of a repair does not constitute an additional warranty and does not limit any rights or remedies provided by applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

The content presented on the Rototricot website, including text, photographs, videos, illustrations, logos, names, graphics, and visual elements, belongs to Rototricot or is used with the permission of its owners.

This content may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior authorization.
